Abstract
After mandated remote work following COVID-19, a technology company in Silicon Valley eliminated their central corporate office and decided to allow all employees to work in a fully remote environment. The HR team wanted to re-think how the organization supports employees as they adapt to working from home permanently. The key areas investigated included job design, employee identity, job satisfaction and acknowledging the need to re-imagine benefits and perks as a way to attract and retain employees.
