dc.description.abstract | Diversity, equity, and inclusion are often cited as organizational values and/or part of an organization’s mission, especially in the education sector. However, there is limited research on the impact leadership integrity has on the perception of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) on employees within DEI work. Using phenomenological and ethnographic approaches, this mixed method improvement study sought to understand the relationship of leadership integrity on employees at Ezra University, who work within the online diversity and inclusion certification program. A set of recommendations were provided to address the findings. | |
