Collection description: Papers written by Lucy Gage in manuscript, typescript and carbon copies; newspaper clippings and a biographical paper about Gage; an autograph book; and a letter, written by Agnes Snyder and dated 1967, which includes a bibliography of Gage's writings. Lucy Gage (1876-1945) was a professor of early childhood education at Peabody College from 1920 to 1942. She was widely recognized for her important contributions to the field.en_US
