Abstract: Richard Driessnack, M.D. is an Assistant Professor of Orthopaedics and Rehabilitation at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. The most common reason for putting off having hip or knee replacement is the fear of pain. Dr. Driessnack will address this concern and explain what can now be done both during and after surgery to control it, even after the patient goes home.
