Barkin covers the recent rapid rise in adult obesity in the U.S. , highest rates in the SE, factors in adult obesity, the relationships between parent and child obesity and factors, genetic and environmental contributors to obesity, an ecological model of obesity and obesity prevention, and two research studies on interventions with Latino families. en
