Abstract: Margie Gale, Nurse Wellness Program Specialist talks with Dorothy Edwards, Ph.D., who is currently serving as the founding director of University of Kentucky’s Violence Intervention and Prevention Center. Dr Edwards created the Green Dot program which is an intervention program that encourages each of us to substitute positive interventions where we witness potential violence.
