dc.description.abstract | There is significant debate over the best way to prepare teachers. Educator preparation programs are bound to federal and state policies and requirements for programming and the need for effectiveness is critical to student academic, social, and emotional success. This paper examines one educator preparation program in a private, all female higher learning institution from the perspective of its program completers. Findings and recommendations are given to support quality improvement efforts. | en_US |
