The partner organization, a museum, has significant issues with data and decision-making. With COVID-19 and significant changes in museum audience tastes and preferences, situational awareness and effective decision-making are perhaps more important now then ever in the museum's history. This paper assesses the museum's capability gaps and constraints to build a recommended approach and architecture for effective decision-making. The solution architecture includes a Decision Support System with an open-source database and Business Intelligence tool, along with governance and processes to gather data, understand it, and turn it into actionable knowledge leaders to can use through a dashboard and simple workflow.en_US
