dc.description.abstract | Computational models have proven to be effective tools for studying and understanding the complex behavior of cellular biochemical interactions. However, I show that building accurate models is an exceptionally difficult task. To enable researchers to use computational modeling, I present an automated method for building Boolean models with accurate behavior. | |
