dc.description.abstract | This paper reflects how my philosophy of a qualified teacher is shaped by the two-year learning and practicing experience at Vanderbilt University. In this paper, I examine the application of my teaching philosophy and my strengths and weaknesses as a future teacher under the guidance of TESOL standards. More specifically, my critical analysis is conducted from four domains: learner, the learning contexts, curriculum and assessment. Furthermore, I discuss the actions that I will take to continue enriching my professional knowledge and future considerations that I will keep thinking. | en_US |
